Business Challenge
Following the successful transformation of several other floors within Investec’s London headquarters, Level 6 became the next stage in the organisation’s workplace modernisation journey. The objective was to create meeting environments that reflected Investec’s premium brand while delivering a seamless hybrid experience for employees, clients and visitors alike.
With a diverse range of meeting spaces serving different purposes, Investec required a consistent technology experience that would remove friction from meetings, simplify collaboration and support the evolving needs of a modern financial services workplace. At the same time, all works needed to be delivered within a live operational environment with minimal disruption.
Solution
Working closely with Investec, Aura designed and delivered a fully standardised Microsoft Teams Rooms environment across a variety of meeting spaces, creating a consistent user experience regardless of room size or function.
Alongside intuitive collaboration technology, the project incorporated integrated digital signage, concierge services and flexible event capabilities to support both everyday meetings and premium client experiences. Every element of the solution was designed around simplicity, consistency and ease of use, ensuring employees could focus on collaboration rather than technology.
The result is a workplace where technology feels invisible, hybrid meetings run smoothly and every space contributes to a cohesive employee and client experience.
